Password Management in SchoolFront

All SchoolFront users must have a unique username and password to securely access the system. As a school staff member, you may be approached by students, parents, or other staff members for help if they forget their password or need help changing it, so the information for password management for all system roles is provided in this section of the SchoolFront Support Portal Online Help.

Note: For security sake and to ensure that all users have a password that they can remember, the SchoolFront Support Team recommends that all users immediately change their passwords when they first login to the system and that they change their password approximately every 60 days.

When a school first begins using SchoolFrontSM, administrator users must initially be added to the SchoolFront system by a member of the SchoolFront Support Team. Administrator who have been added, may then add users of all roles to the system for their school, including additional administrator users.
