Submitting R.I.S.E. Responsibility Forms
The R.I.S.E. Program requires that faculty and staff submit "Responsibility Forms" (these forms are basically frequently submitted, very simple "report cards" that evaluate student attitude, preparedness, participation, and other aspects of responsibility throughout their daily activities).
Before R.I.S.E. responsibility forms can be submitted, a system or R.I.S.E. administrator must first configure R.I.S.E. for your school. If you encounter issues with submitting R.I.S.E. responsibility forms, it may be the result of a lack-of configuration or incorrect configuration. Contact one of your school administrators for help if you have questions or suspect there is a problem with the configuration.
