SchoolFront Support

Student Record Files

Add / Store a File in a Student's Academic Record (Profile)

A major benefit of SchoolFront is the reduction of paper school's enjoy by tracking student and school information digitally. To further reduce paper storage, SchoolFront allows you to not only track standard SchoolFront-formatted information in the system, but digital files can be attached to the student's profile and tracked as part of their academic record.

Any type of digital file can be uploaded to the student profile. Some examples of files that schools might track in this way is:

  • Scanned-to-PDF Field Trip Permission Forms Signed by Parents
  • Any Documents or Forms w/ Signatures
  • Student Individualized Education Program (IEP) Documentation
  • Scanned Copy of Student Transcript from Previous School
  • Letters from Parents / Guardians That You Don't Want to Lose
  • Documents About School Property Lent to Student (Computers, Text Books, Etc.)

Again, any type of document or file that you want to keep for reference and associate with a specific student can be tracked in SchoolFront this way.
