RISE Administration & Committee

Information for RISE Program Administrators & RISE Committee Members

We recommend that staff members who are responsible for administration of the RISE Program and who are members of the RISE Committee be given the "RISE Administrator" role in the system. Staff members with the "RISE Mentor" role are only able to see and edit RISE information for the students to whom they have been assigned as mentors. RISE Administrators can see and edit RISE information for all students in the School.

As a RISE Administrator you will be responsible for maintaining the RISE management configuration in SchoolFront, ensuring that staff members have appropriate RISE-related roles, and ensuring that all students have mentors. You may be contacted by mentors with questions so it is important that you be familiar with the system.

As a member of the RISE Committee you will review student RISE summaries along with the recommendations of the students' mentors and make changes to student RISE Levels when appropriate.
