Move Web-Parts After They Are Created & Placed
If you accidentally add web-parts in the wrong panes or want to experiment with your layout, you can move web-parts after they have been added to panes. To move web-parts from pane-to-pane, use the little arrow icons next to the pane windows.
Web-parts can be moved up and down vertically, as well as left and right horizontally.
