Track Student Medication Information

Note: Before any functions of the Health/Medical Management section can be used, settings must be configured by an administrator.

Applicable System Roles

  • Medical

Step-by-Step Instructions

  1. Login with the Medical role.

  2. Click Manage Health/Medical in the left navigation menu.

  3. Locate the Student for whom you wish to log a health office visit and click the student to open his/her details below the grid.

  4. Click the Medication tab in the student details area below the grid.

  5. Click the "New Medication Entry" link.

  6. Enter the Name of the Medication in the Medication field.

  7. Enter Dosage Instructions. Include things like frequency, dosage (count), special instructions (e.g. "take with food") and warnings.

  8. Click the Save button to submit the medication entry.
