Immunization Records

Manage a Record of Immunization for Students

Note: Before any functions of the Health/Medical Management section can be used, settings must be configured by an administrator.

Step-by-Step Instructions

  1. Login with the Medical role.

  2. Click Manage Health/Medical in the left navigation menu.

  3. Locate the Student for whom you wish to log a health office visit and click the student to open his/her details below the grid.

  4. Click the Immunizations tab in the student details area below the grid.

  5. Click the "New Immunization" link.

  6. Select an Immunization from the drop-down menu.
    Note: If there are no options in the drop-down menu, contact your school's system administrator because it means the feature has not been configured.

  7. Select the date the student received the immunization from the Date Received calendar control.

  8. Click the Save button to submit the visit log entry.
