Manage Immunization Types in SchoolFront
You will be able to track whether or not each student has received his/her vaccinations.
Before a vaccination can be tracked for a student though, the vaccination must be added to the system as an "Immunization Type."
You will be able to run queries using these vaccinations/immunizations, for example "show all students who are X years-old and who have not received the Diphtheria Toxoid-Containing Vaccine."
Example Immunization Types
Some examples include:
- Diphtheria Toxoid-Containing Vaccine
- Tetanus Toxoid-Containing Vaccine and Pertussis Vaccine (DTaP, DTP)
- Tetanus, Diphtheria, and Pertussis Booster (Tdap)
- Polio (IPV or OPV)
- Measles, Mumps and Rubella (MMR)
- Hepatitis B
- Haemophilus influenzae type b (Hib)
- Pneumococcal Conjugate Vaccine (PCV)
- Varicella (Chickenpox)
