Once a contract is signed between FrontEdge Inc. and a school, the SchoolFrontSM Support Team will create a school year in SchoolFrontSM for the new school. Once the school year has been generated, administrator users can generate accounts for other users at the school and users of all levels can use SchoolFrontSM for the duration of the school year. The length of the school year (duration of time during which users at the school can use SchoolFrontSM prior to a contract renewal) is stated in the usage contract.
