Export Data into Microsoft Excel™

Many of the data grids in SchoolFront allow you to export the data displayed into Microsoft Excel™. You can tell which data grids support export to excel by the export icon displayed (or not displayed) at the top of the data grid.

In the event that you are using a data grid in which this icon appears and you wish to export the data displayed in the grid, simply click the icon and the system will walk you through an export into an Excel™ spreadsheet.

The records and data from the grid will appear in the Excel™ spreadsheet just as they do in the data grid.
