Assign RISE Mentors

Assign R.I.S.E. Mentors to Students in SchoolFront

Before you can assign a specific staff member to be a student's R.I.S.E. mentor in SchoolFront, you must give the staff member the R.I.S.E. Mentor role in the system. If a staff member does not have this role, his/her name will not appear in the R.I.S.E. mentor list on the student record.

R.I.S.E. mentors will be able to see all R.I.S.E.-related data for their mentees in the system and will be able to edit R.I.S.E. summary forms for their mentees.

  • System Administrators

Step-by-Step Instructions

  1. Login to SchoolFront.

  2. Click Manage RISE in the left-hand navigation menu.

  3. Find the student for whom you would like to assign a mentor and click his/her name in the grid.

  4. Click the Edit button on the Details tab.

  5. Select the appropriate RISE Level for the student.

  6. Select the student's RISE Mentor.

  7. Click the Save button.
