Asset Conditions

Define a Range of Conditions to Describe the Level of Wear on Property

Asset conditions are defined by the school. You can use as many or as few conditions as are required for your school's needs. Here are some examples of conditions that could be used:

Conditions - Example 1

  • New
  • Refurbished
  • Used - Like New
  • Used - Very Good
  • Used - Good
  • Used - Acceptable
  • Damaged
  • Destroyed

Conditions - Example 2

  • New
  • Excellent
  • Good
  • Poor
  • Damaged
  • Badly Damaged
  • Destroyed

 

Step-by-Step Instructions

1. Login to SchoolFront as an administrator.

2. In the left navigation menu click Feature Administration.

3. In the Asset Management section click Conditions.

4. Click the New Asset Condition link (next to green "plus sign" icon).

5. Enter a condition name. For example "New" or "Damaged."

6. Describe what the condition means in the description field. For example, if the condition name is "New," you might describe it as "Never Used."

7. Click the save button.

8. Repeat for as many conditions as you wish to track in the system.
